Day- 2. Jaipur
You will be greeted by caparisoned elephants and strains of the shehnai… welcome to the Pink City of Jaipur. Lunch at Rambagh Palace. Discover Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh, Amber … silent sentinels to a glorious era.

Day 3. Chittorgarh / Udaipur
Mages of love and valour; scars of battles lost and battles won… thrice besieged Chittorgarh is all this and more. Moving legends of honour and pride will remain with you as you proceed to Udaipur. The city of lakes, palaces and gardens, temples and forts…Udaipur. Luch at the lake Palace Hotel, the former summer residence of the princes of mewar. Enjoy the tranquility of Lake Pichola… Visit the City Palace in all its ancient glory, the residence of the maharajas of Udaipur.

Day -4. Sawai Madhopur
Welcome to the tranquility of Sawai Madhopur and the beautiful 10th century fort of Ranthambhor. Surrounded by the Ranthambhor National Park, a Project Tiger reserve, the imposing ramparts of the fort soar above… they too have tales to tell!

Day -5. Jaisalmer
Arrive at the 12th century city of Jaisalmer dominated by its sandstone fort of 99 bastions. Visit the exquisitely carved havelis and palaces with their latticed windows, balconies, cupolas and facades. Experience the famed camel safaris, reside in desert camps…. And dine under the stars as the rhythm of Rajasthani music drifts into the night…

Day -6. Jodhpur
The Mehrangarh fort is all pervasive in this 15th century city. Visit this magnificent fort and jaswant Thada a royal cenotaph close by. Lunch at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, the royal residence a part of which is now a hotel.

Day -7. Bharatpur / Agra
A wonderland for birds, visit the renowned Keoladeo Ghana National Park at Bharatpur, once the preserve of the maharaja of Bharatpur and now a world heritage site. Visit Fatehpur Sikri en route to agra. Lunch at the Taj View in agra and proceed to one of the most beautiful monuments ever conceived - The Taj Mahal. Breathtaking in its proportions and craftsmanship, it is captivating. The timeless city of Agra offers you many more monuments and tombs, all exquisite in architectural skill and beauty.

Day -8. Delhi

1500 hrs : Depart Delhi Cantt Railway Station. Evening tea and dinner on board.

DAY 02 THURSDAY
0630hrs : Arrive at Chittaurgarh Railway Station. Visit Chittaurgarh Fort.
0830hrs : Depart for Udaipur. Breakfast on board.
1215hrs : Arrive Udaipur. On arrival transfer to the Lake Palace Hotel for lunch. After lunch visit City Palace, Tripolia Gates, Sahelion ki Bari (Royal Garden), Shilpgram (Craft Village). 1830hrs : Proceed to Udaipur Railway Station.
1930hrs : Depart Udaipur for Junagadh. Dinner on board.

DAY 03 FRIDAY
Breakfast and lunch on board.
1445hrs : Arrive Junagadh. Visit ashokan Rock Edict of 3rd century BC. Also visit Darbar Hall Museum (Mausoleum of Nawab Mahabat khanji).
1730hrs : Depart for Veraval.
1915hrs : Arrive Veraval. Visit the famous Shiva temple on the shore of the Arobian Sea. Dinner of hotel. Night on board.

DAY 04 SATURDAY
0500hrs : Depart for sasangir
0630hrs : Arrive Sasangir. After breakfast on board visit Sasangir and the Lion Sanctuary.
1130hrs : Depart for ahmedpur Mandvi. Lunch on board.
1430hrs : Arrive ahmedpur Mandvi. Visit the beach and Diu by coach. Followed by tea and a visit to Fort and St. Paul Church, cultural programme.
2005hrs : Depart for Palitana. Dinner on board.

DAY 05 SUNDAY
0700hrs : Breakfast on board.
0730hrs : Arrive Palitana.
0800hrs : Depart for Mt. Sumeru by bus. Arrive at foothill of Mt. Sumeru. Visit 863 Jain temples on top of the hills (One can climb 3572 steps or use the chair slings arranged for ou if you so desire).
1230hrs : Deport for Sarkhej. Lunch on board.
1930hrs : Arrive Sarkhej. Visit and dinner at Vishalla village. Proceed to Ahmedabad by bus. Night on board.

DAY 06 MONDAY
0700hrs : Breakfast on board. Sight seeing of Ahmedabad, visiting Adalaj Stepwell, Gandhi Ashram, Calico Museum of Textiles, Hathising Jain Temple, Sidi Sayyad's Mosque (1572 AD), shopping , etc. lunch at Hotel.
1500hrs : Depart for Jaipur. Evening tea and dinner on board.

DAY 07 TUESDAY
0700hrs : Breakfast on board.
0800hrs : Arrive Jaipur. Local sight-seeing visiting City Palace, Jantar-Mantar, Observatory, Hawa Mahal.
1330hrs : Lunch at Hotel. Visit Amer Fort and elephant ride.
2000hrs : Depart for Delhi, Dinner on board.

The Fairy Queen is probably the oldest working engine in the world. The train offers you an opportunity to enjoy the vibrant Rajasthan on the oldest working broad gauge steam locomotive in the world. The train stops at every major destination. The ambience of the train offers an excellent dimension to feel and enjoy like a maharaja as you get through the royal land of Rajasthan.

The history of the Fairy Queen dates back to 1855, when the majestic luxury train rolled out for the East Indian railway. The train was built by Kitson, Thompson Hewitson, UK for the erstwhile East Indian Railways (EIR). For the first time after resting for 142 years from 1908, the Fairy Queen rolled again on February 1st, 1997 from Delhi to Alwar. Finding its pride of place in "The Guinness Book of World Records" and also winning the award of National Tourism, this prestigious pristine beauty, that graces the national rail museum, New Delhi, is running again.

Wander Through
The train starts from Delhi cantonment railway station. The queen with the privileged ones on board reaches the beautiful town of Alwar in Rajasthan the same day, from where the guests are taken to Sariska Tiger Reserve for an overnight stay. The passengers are served with breakfast, lunch, refreshment and beverages while on journey in the Fairy Queen. The tariff of the train includes everything except the consumption of liquor which is chargeable.

Morning - Arrival at Bhoke Railway Station. Reach Rai Bhatgaon Jetty by AC bus for Back Water Cruise up to historical fort Jaigad. Board the bus to explore finest beach along the Konkan coast. Free time & lunch at Ganapatipule beach resort. Noon board the bus for sight seeing tour of Ratnagiri town. Visit to Ratnadurg Fort, Lokmanaya Tilak Smarak and free time in Ratnagiri Bazar. Day 03 : Friday
Morning-Arrival at Sindhudurg Nagari Railway station. Departure by AC Bus to Malvan Jetty to witness Sindhudurg Sea Fort From Jetty proceed to Tarkarli beach resort for lunch & free time. After lunch Back Water Cruise through the Tarkarli creek up to Kale Jetty followed by visit to Sawantwadi town by bus to witness fabulous lacquer handicrafts, paintings and furniture at the "Shiipagrama" in the town. Late in the evening board the train at Sawantwadi railway station.

Day 04 : Saturday
Morning arrival at Karmali - Goa. The most frequented tourist spot in India. Board the bus to reach Old Goa to witness. Basilica De Born Jesus, Se Cathedral, Se Cathedral and the Church of St. Francis of Assissi, that began as a mosque but new is an archaeological museum for Goan antiques. Proceed to Panjim by bus. Free time for short walk in city and bazaar followed by lunch at Fort Aguada Beach Resort. After lunch visit to Dona Paula & 250 years old House. Late in the evening board the train from Madgaon railway station.

Day 05 : Sunday
Morning - Arrival at Pune, the Erstwhile Capital of Maharashtra. Board the bus to visit; Maharashtra Phule Mandai, the old central market. Raja Dinkar Kalkar Museum houses variety of artifacts of the 17th, 18th & 19th Centuries. Sir David Sasoon Synagogues built in 1867. The Osho International Commune is on of the biggest centre for mediation and spiritual growth. Lunch & free time at Hotel Le Meridian. The Tribal Musuem having collection of 2000 rare and precious articles related to tribal life. Aga Khan Palace, a place where Mahatma Gandhi was incarcerated during freedom struggle presently converted in to a Museum dedicated to Gandhi family. Witness Sound and Light show at Shaniwarwada. Late in the evening board the train from Pune railway station

Day 06 : Monday
Morning arrival at Aurangabad station. Proceed by road to witness. Historical fort Daulatabad, Ellora caves, a world Heritage site, having 34 cave temples dedicated to three different religion - Hinduism, Buddhism & Jaisism. Lunch & Cultural programme at Hote Taj. After lunch visit to; Shivaji Museum with weapons & antique from the great Maratha Empire. Aurangabad Caves No. 7 & 8, Bibi-ka-Maqbara, a replica of Taj Mahal is a grand piece of Moghul architecture. Free time for shopping Paithani, Himroo, Bidriwork from showrooms for a perfect memorabilia. Late in the evening board the train from Aurangabad railway station.

Day 07 : Tuesday
Morning arrival at Jalgaon railway station. Board the bus to rech Fardapur resort. After break fast proceed to visit renowned Buddhist caves of Ajanata a World Heritage Site to witness some of the finest paintings and sculptures of the second century AD. At noon board the train at Bhusawal railway station. Proceed to Nashik. Lunch-on-board. Arrival at Nashik railway station. Departure to visit Panchawati Ghat and Sula Winery Yard. Wine & dine at the winery yard. Late in the evening board the train at Nashik railway station.
